My Story

I greet you in the name of Jesus in this beautiful day and I hope our Lord is blessing you! My name is Dayana Ahime Garcia Lucas. I will turn 15 years old in July of this year. I am an 8^th grade, and my classes are in the morning shift. I am attending an association called “Leaving a Smile” I have learned how to grow and harvest in a vegetable patch; I do this on weekends. My father is a chef and continues working for a company. Thankfully, he is supporting our family needs. My mother is still taking care of a child, but she does only a few hours, two or three days per week. She helps with the home expenses. My mother has a small vegetable patch and grows onion, celery, and peppermint to use at home. We have a cat and three dogs as pets.

I like to participate in the Christmas activity that the evangelism team prepares in the feeding program, especially the food because I love it. I love the meals I receive in the feeding program and my favorite is noodles with sauce. We are attending Catholic Church; however, we have not accepted Jesus into our hearts yet. My family and I are fairly well, nevertheless, I would like you to pray for my family to stay healthy. Finally, let me tell you that my mother gave this information to the LW team, I hope you find it interesting. This is all for now and I hope to receive news from you very soon.
