My Story

It is a big pleasure for me to write this letter to you. I hope you are having a blessed and fantastic day. My full name is Brittany Mishel Arias Ramirez, and I am 13 years old. I am in seventh grade, and I have classes in the morning. I usually keep busy doing a lot of homework on weekends. My favorite food is spaghetti with meatballs. Let me tell you that my parents and I are doing well, although we are also sad because my oldest brother has problems with drugs. Nowadays, he is at a drug rehab center. It has been difficult for my parents to handle this situation. In addition, we are passing through a hard economic situation. However, we know our Heavenly Father will be helping us. So, please pray for all of us, especially for my brother. My father makes a living as a tuk-tuk driver. My mom does her best to help my father with the expenses and needs. She works by selling homemade snacks or different kinds of products.

We have attended Holocaust for the King Church for about six years. My mom accepted Jesus as her Lord many years ago. Nowadays, she serves at church by doing different tasks. My youngest sister, Winslet, also allowed God to be her Savior a few years ago. Currently, she belongs to the dance group at church. Thankfully, my father joined us going to church and accepted Jesus as his Savior a couple of years ago. As for me, let me tell you that I accepted Jesus in my life when I was 9. Now, let me tell you that LW has impacted my life and my family. We received grocery bags when we needed them the most during the pandemic. The greatest blessing for us has been listening to the gospel and the encouraging words from the LW staff to face the most difficult moments just like we are passing through now. To end this letter, I want you to know that I would like to help as a volunteer at his project. I will leave you now, but I hope to hear from you soon.

In the name of Jesus,

Brittany Mishel Arias Ramirez
