My Story

It is my pleasure to send my greetings in this opportunity and I hope you are doing well! My name is Jesusa Elena Garcia de la Cruz. I am 12 years old. At the moment, we do not attend any church. This time a LW member shared the gospel with us and invited us to attend a church and we hope to do it soon. My biological father is not in my life because he abandoned us two years ago, and we know nothing about him. My mom is a housewife and now, she is not working because she recently gave birth. My stepfather works as a bricklayer and he provides for our home needs. I am so happy because my loved ones and I are in good health.

Unfortunately, I am not attending school because of a lack of resources. Now, I am working as a maid in my village and I help my mom with the expenses. I have a friend named Cristian, I met him last year and we like to play football and tag. My family says that I have facial features like those of my father. I want to tell you that I was so close to my maternal grandpa, and sadly, he passed away about 6 years ago. I am still missing him, but God has given me the comfort I am need in my heart. Jesus is my faithful friend and he came to give us eternal life. Let me tell you I had a small surgery because I had an abscess in my neck. Fortunately, my mom took me to the hospital and I received the appropriate medical care. Thank God, I am healthy now. I would like you to know that my mom, Maria, shared this information with an evangelism teacher to update you about me. I hope you find my letter interesting. Every kind of blessing over you!
