My full name is Armando Garcia Garcia, and I am glad to share a little about my life with you. Before starting, I want you to know that my mother and a member of the LW staff helped me write this letter. I am 8 years old, and I kindly ask you to pray for me because I have a little trouble learning. I am repeating first grade. My mother encourages me not to give up and prays so that I have success at school. I love her because she is always taking care of my siblings and me. She keeps busy doing the chores while my father works to support our family. He is a day laborer in our village. He also travels to the coast and works on a coffee farm for the last two months of the year.
I am grateful to Jesus for being our friend and savior. He has kept my family and me healthy. We attend a Pentecostal Church called God Triune. We enjoy taking part in the Thanksgiving services for the harvest. It is almost time to say goodbye, but I want you to know that my best friend’s name is Elio Ajqui. I met him about two years ago. We usually gather to play with our toy cars. I will leave you now, but I appreciate you taking the time to read my information.
Special regards,
Armando Garcia Garcia
