Hello! How are you? I hope you are having a blessed year. My name Alvaro Leonel, and I am writing this letter to tell you how I am. I live with my parents who are in good health. My father covers our needs working as a farmer and day laborer; he also goes to clean coffee plantation at the coast. My mother works hard at home, and she helps with the income when she sells our domestic animals. We have hens, turkeys, sheep and pigs at home, and we grow corn for our consumption. We are assured of our Salvation, and we attend New Covenant Prince of Peace Church; my mother is a deaconess. The LW Evangelism team has encouraged us to continue trusting in God.
I am 11 years old, and I am well. Thankfully, I am doing a good job at school, and I am in 5th grade this year; I study in the morning. After classes, I gather firewood or grass for our sheep. I go to shepherd the sheep on weekends. I have been blessed with lunches at the feeding program, and there, my favorite dish is fried chicken. The Christmas celebration is one of my favorite activities at the program, especially for the present and praises. I tell you that my mom helped me to give this information to an Evangelism teacher, and we take advantage of this to ask for prayers for our health and my father’s job. I say goodbye to you for now.
Sincerely yours
Alvaro Leonel Gutierrez Grave
