Hello! This is Rosalyn Zenaida Jacobo Perez, and I am greeting you cordially and hoping you are doing fine when my letter reaches you. I want to share a little about my family and me. I am grateful to God because my family and I are blessed and in good health. My mother continues working hard as a maid in Guatemala City. She travels every day, and she is providing for our economic needs. Also, my grandmother shares the home expenses with her because she receives some money from my uncles. My grandmother takes care of us while my mother is working. My mother`s name is Alma Consuelo Perez Coyan and my grandmother`s name is Maria Tranquilina. We believe in God and we are members of the Catholic Church. I enjoy listening to the services every Sunday. My family and I are grateful for the spiritual support and also for the comforting words. My sister Mirsa provided all this information to the LW teacher.
I want to tell you that I had a sad experience in my life when my father passed away. I felt so sad but I could feel the presence of God in my life because he comforted me. I feel his hugs. Jesus is my father. I admire my mother because she is a brave woman that is always doing her best for us. I have a best friend and her name is Gabriela. We talk and do our homework from classes together. We have been friends for 3 years. I am a 13-year-old teenager, and I am a 7th grade student this year. Thank you for your attention and I send you all my love from the bottom of my heart!
Warm wishes,
Rosalyn Zenaida Jacobo Perez
