My Story

Hello! I am writing this letter to introduce myself. My name is Maria Romelia, and I am 13 years old. Thank God, I am in good health. I do not study, so I stay at home helping with the cleaning. I pick coffee beans during the harvest season to help with the income. I accompany my mother wherever she goes, and she is the member of my family with whom I identify most. My sister-in-law, Maria, is also my friend, and we like talking and joking in our free time. My family comes from another department called Baja Verapaz, and I really like it when we travel there. God always keeps us safe during the trip, and I am grateful to Him for that.

Thankfully, my parents are in good health. My father is the main provider of the family, and he is working as a farmer in our town. My mother is a housewife, and she dedicates all her time to my siblings and me. Jesus brings joy to our lives, and as a family, we serve him in a church called Jesus Comes Soon; we enjoy taking part in all the services. We are happy to be members of a church. My sister, Ana, helped me to give my information to the Evangelism team and make this letter for you. I want to close it thanking you for all the support received at the feeding program. I pray God blesses you in a big way.
