My Story

Hello! My full name is Joel Eleazar Gomez Ruiz, and I feel blessed to share my latest news with you. Luckily, I am a healthy 7-year-old boy. I am so happy because I am in first grade. I am sure that God is helping me to learn everything I need. I trust in Jesus because my parents taught me to do it. I have heard that He is God who gives us a new life. My family and I attend the Full Gospel Church. Our siblings in Christ organize many activities, which we enjoy a lot. I love my parents, but I identify the most with my father because I like talking to him.

Please pray for his health. He has not felt good lately. He has not gone to the doctor yet because of a lack of money. However, he takes natural medicine to mitigate the issues. He makes a living by making artisanal wells, while my mother does the chores and contributes to the household expenses when she sells her chickens. Before ending this letter, let me tell you that I made a good friend at school. His name is Wili and we have a lot of fun playing with our toys together. I send you huge hugs, hoping to hear from you soon.
