My Story

What a blessing to have the opportunity to greet you by this means; I hope you and your family are keeping well and that you enjoy reading some updated information about my family and me. My name is María. I am 6 years old, and I am attending kindergarten this year. I enjoy playing with toy dishes and dolls with my cousin Maria Odilia who is also a friend to me because we have enjoyed spending time together since we were little. I want to share with you that the situation that has impacted my life the most was when my grandparents separated, but at the same time, I could feel God’s presence in my life because He filled me with wisdom to support my grandparents. If you ask me who is Jesus for me, I can tell you that He is God’s son who never died. Besides that, every time we pray, He is there for us to reply to our prayers.

Thankfully, my parents and I are in good health; my father works so hard to supply what we need; he is a farmer, he works the land and crops. My mother also contributes with our home expenses; she earns a living by working part time as a janitor in a school where she does the cleaning. At home, she takes care of us and does the chores. The person I identify with the most is my mother because she is always by my side, and we like to do the same things. Fortunately, we are a Christian Family, and we attend Assembly of God Church; I like to attend Sunday School because these are of great help for me.
