My Story

Hello! My name is Eldy, and it is a great pleasure for me to greet you by this means and wish you many blessings to you and your loved ones. I am happy to share with you some updated information about my family and me. Fortunately, I am in good health, I turned 12 years old on June 10^th, and I am attending 5^th grade at school this year. I have siblings, and I like to play toy cars with my brother Michael; I love him so much because he takes care of me a lot and helps me with my homework, besides being my brother, I consider him a good friend. We are a Christian family, and we attend Prince of Peace Church. I like to participate in all the activities we have here, but my favorite is when we have our thanksgiving service for the family.  

My parents are healthy. My father works as a farmer, and he is also raising cows, hens and pigs to earn extra money. My mother does the household chores and looks after us; she continues selling “Granizadas” (shaved ice with different flavors on top) and slices of fruits in bags at the plaza to contribute with our home expenses. As family, we have gone through economic problems, but at the same time when this has happened, we have felt God’s presence because He has provided us the necessities to go ahead. I love Jesus because He is my friend and savior. Before saying goodbye, let me tell you that this information was provided by my father. I hope to hear from you soon, and I hope you like my letter.
